Annual Fund

Dear NYSRPS Member,

The New York State Recreation and Park Society has made tremendous impact throughout our great Empire State since its inception in 1940. Today we need your help. Although fiscally sound, like many of your agencies in today's fiscal climate, we are no longer able to rely on specific New York State grant income programs to offset improvements in member services.

The goal of the annual fund campaign is to help fund the society’s mission by raising $10,000 annually. Our primary goal for this fund is to enhance and improve NYSRPS members’ ability to network and gather information using today’s technology- like this new web site. We request you join the entire Executive Board in making a personal and positive commitment to support your professional society by making a tax deductible donation to NYSRPS.

The success of our campaign is tied directly to support from individuals like you. People who advocate for continuing public support and understand the role that parks and recreation plays throughout the country, and not just in New York.
